Show yourself some Love -Day 4
Today I encourage you to show yourself some love by going to bed a little earlier tonight and get some much needed rest! 

I have definitely talked about the benefits of sleep in here before but I just want to repeat a few now.
Reduce stress, improve mood, maintain a healthy weight, get sick less often, better decision making, more fun to be around, lower your risk for heart problems. Overall well-being!

So save that next episode of your favorite show til tomorrow, cool down your room, turn off your phone and love yourself by getting to bed early!!
