The Studio

Total Body Wellness is the first and only full service studio in Albuquerque that combines Pilates, GYROTONIC®,  Reflexology, Cranial Sacral Therapy as well as Wellness Coaching  to promote a whole body approach to health.  With the distinctive combination of these modalities along with our passion for our client’s well-being,  Total Body Wellness is unique among wellness centers.

Total Body Wellness is committed to teaching excellence. Our teachers are comprehensively trained needing to complete over 500 hours of study, observation and student teaching to get certified. All teachers regularly attend continuing education seminars to stay up to date with current changes in the industry. Total Body Wellness also offers an in-house Pilates teacher training.

Our beautiful boutique studio, in Albuquerque’s Westside, is equipped with a variety of Pilates, GYROTONIC®, & Fitness equipment as well as a quiet and relaxing Therapy Room for Reflexology, Health Coaching and Cranial Sacral Sessions.
