What ever it is, make it part of your routine and stick to it. If it is just a regular part of your usual morning routine and is the same every day, it will be easier to stick to and do consistently. ?
Finally, let go of your expectations. There is no set rule for how many exercises or yoga poses or squats that have to be done. Just do what you can do. As long as you do something, it can be different every day. Don’t judge yourself. Just move! ?♀️
